I know this is an old thread but does this also work when coverting all the tail lights to LED?

LEDs will work in the stop and tail lights without any modification to the car. The modified relay is only needed for the indicators to prevent them working too rapidly when LEDs are fitted.

Hello @5harp3y
I joined this forum to purchase one of these flashers. I realize no more are being made. However, would it be possible to purchase plans to modify the flasher myself or a similar arrangement?

Thank you,

Shep

Hello 5harp3y,
I’m trying to modify my relay for led corners but unsure which one to replace with diode. Can you please take a look at attached pics and guide me as to which should I desolder?

@iceman2007 , that doesn't look like the correct relay you are trying to modify. The relay has an 'M' shaped piece that needs to be removed and the diode soldered into place. Have a look a bit further up the thread and there is a PDF file showing you what to do. The relay you have apart is not the same as the one in the guide
