Thanks to
@Bozzy for a lift down to the ZedShed yesterday to meet up with Lee & Trev. Had a chat and look around the unit while my Zed was being MOTd. No problem, a pass with no advsories, just what was expected after all the great work the team have done. When we got her back we put her up on the ramp to have a close up and personal inspection with Lee & trev pointing out the details - she looks brand new. Excellent work chaps.
The drive home was mostly on Motorway/Dual Carriagway so not too much chance to enjoy any twisties. I can say though she felt much more 'planted' and sure footed and the steering much more precise. The new clutch is the biggest difference so far as it is much lighter than the old one and the brakes have a much firmer pedal. Also no 'clonking' from the front end over potholes and drain covers. I'll be able to try her out on more 'driving' roads I know up in the Peaks in due course. Lots of twisties up there.
So, all I can say is a HUGE

An absolutely splendid job, at least mechanically. I've just got to sort the bodywork and clean up the interior now.
