Let's see your Pets!

Here's my African grey Parrot "Ollie" she is 7 years old and have had her since a baby. It is like living with a 5 year old child for the rest of your life... lol. Try having a pet that says when you can go to bed.!!

And what time does she allow you to go to bed?? Think that's the first parrot to pop up. Does she go back in her cage to do poopees!! =))

She usually gets ready to go to bed about 10pm ish. She says "go babeyes now" about 10 times before she says "I think babeyes now, see morning"... I usually then give up and go to watch tv inbed. She does not go back in her cage to go poopees but does go on her perch. If she has a little accident she will say" get smack bum!" .

My best friend had trouble with someone calling and hanging up. The phone would ring, he would answer it but the other person would hang up. After having this go on for a few weeks, he contacted the phone company and had them put a trace on his line so he could find out who was doing this to him. The next time the phone rang and no one was on the line, he contacted the phone company to find out who it was. He told the phone company he just had a call and they hung up, could they please tell him who it was. The phone company quickly looked up his phone activity but informed him that no one had called him that day. He thanked them and started to put the phone down but before he could hang it up, he heard it ring. The ring, however, wasn't coming from the phone, but was coming from the African Grey, whose cage was only a few feet away. The bird, it seems, had learned to perfectly copy the sound of the phone ringing.................. Frankie

This is also a true story. At our local across the road they had a phone extension behind the bar. You remember those little handsets that slipped into a holder on the wall? Well there was this guy who lived on the caravan site behind the pub and could imitate that phone ring perfectly. The fun we had with the bar staff was fantastic.

Tony.

Where did you find that Frankie? That Lab is a dead ringer for our Sam. The presenter is a regular on Country File on the BBC.
Thanks for sharing.
