Was planning to jet wash the Z and give it some proper cleaning before removing the hardtop (spring time yeeeeaaa). But it seems the rain will keep on falling for the whole following week…
so went back home and was looking so sad, that my very significant other decided to make me a Greek omelette for breakfast.
I think that I have to share this delicious recipe… I may be way off the limits for an automotive forum, but from what I understand you Shed days could become much more tastier if you decide to do this.
so…
4 minced tomatoes
40 grams of butter
5 eggs
salt
sugar
pepper
olive oil.
low heat the tomatoes in a pan and add sugar and butter. stir
till they become a thick paste.
then add the eggs and keep stiring
add a little olive oil (six to seven table spoons)
and let the eggs rest a while until they stop sizzling
serve in a deep dish.
you can add extra oil if you want, but you will also need some slices of thick bread to absorb it.
easy recipe, takes less than 10 minutes and gives you all the energy boost you need for a garage day.
cheers
