When you’re not to blame and other side admits liability with both parties with the same insurer yet still the policy increases in the part of no fault party. Beggars belief.

Amazingly, I am STILL waiting for the Valuation Certificate, but I think the Insurers checked Heggertys also. Thanks for the information about preparing the dossier - it certainly will be handy as a negotiating tool, if it comes to it. Hope I get the car back in time for Christmas!!!
