2.8 and 3.0 are remarkably economical Geoff.
Yes most of the time it’s short runs except when we go on a trip. The 1.9 I find very economical and fast enough for me but it’s the bigger engine models that are going up a bityes I am getting a regular 16mpg in my 2.8.
I could probably do a lot more if I was to travel 50 miles to work rather than the 1.2 miles I do.
On a run 35 is no problem, but I don't go on runs 97% of the time....
