How to find the options specified with your Z Roadster

It's ben reported on here a few times recently that the ones listed don't work Rob. I didn't try to be honest but found on line many now want the full 17 digits too.

This works for both Z3 and Z4 models (and pretty much any UK BMW too!) and all you need is the last 7 digits of your VIN number.

Updated as the original site seems to have disappeared, the current 2 alternatives that do work are:

I managed to get the original build data from a chap in USA who I contacted back in 2012 via Reddit site when I purchased my current car.
I cannot find any details on how I contacted him though, I believe he been a BMW dealer employee at sometime and so could access these details. I know you can get most of the information I've list for the sites already mentioned, but the last few lines I found particularly interesting :-

I think it means deletion of non english language in the owners manual - in other words English only Manual

Mora was born on 19th April in the year 2000. :martini Obviously a vintage year

We didn't understand one or two of the specs, firstly the power output was 110?? was that elephants? :-?
secondly what the heck does HECK mean???
At lastly, the engine is listed as an M52, which we already knew, but had TU afterwards, what does that stand for? :-\
