Oh yes I remember it well, I only lived a couple of miles away when growing up and we went to many race days there. I once remember a saloon car race with Jack Brabham in a big 7 ltr Ford Galaxy and Jim Clark in a Lotus Cortina, Jack had it on the straight and Jim on the twisty bit, Jim won. When I was about 11 I took part on a soapbox derby on the track and later on took part in some of the cycle races there. I had my one and only drive round the circuit, in my Roger Nathan tuned Imp, it was a good testing little circuit.
