There are some genuine tossers out there, what sort of idiot steals part of an exhaust .

I’m getting 2 conflicting opinions. One says there were cars, the other than it was a pair of mufflers. The cats come off the manifold so I’m not sure why there would be 2 pairs of cats. Any suggestions?
