Grumpys on a fitness plan.

I use the Fitst at Personal Trainer program so it's about 5 mins then 1 to 2 min rest the repeat with different exercises. No program is the same and it adjusts it to what you rate each exercise at. Such as easy, hard intense and so on

You will burn alot more calories if you run walk run walk and thats a fact mate so dont push yourself too much to just run. As if thats all you do then your heart will always be at peak and only reach the fat burn for a short period when you a calming down. If you do Run, Walk, Run and Walk then you bring your heart into the fat burn while you are walking
That's what I do mate because I can't just run Lol! I run then reduce to a fast walk for short period then run again.
 
My friend is a personal trainer.

He told me to eat lots of eggs.

I sent him a pic to show I was following his advice.

I'm not on a bad diet. I wasnt on a great diet, but its been changed considerably to give a healthy balance so along with the running the weight is already coming off. Off out shortly in me new running shoes :D

We weren't suggesting that you are....just making a general point that it doesn't really matter what sort of exercise a person does, it won't compensate for eating the wrong stuff or even too much of the right stuff.
 
If you guys have or have not heard of Acti-fry i would STRONGLY suggest going out and buying one!
We got one after xmas and its the best thing we have ever bought for cooking. a teaspoon of oil, and chuck in your potatoes or sweet potatoes and in 10minutes they are absolutely perfect, every time, cant go wrong. They make the best chips ive had anywhere. You can make all sorts of other things too! very healthy :) for those of us that must have chips haha
 
Started my diet tonight. Just had the 2 pints of Stella with my meatballs.

Bit odd though - Stella and meatballs : we normally have tomato sauce and pasta. :whistle:

Absolutely agree Davy, we've had an Actifry for a good few years, brilliant bit of kit. Only thing that gets deap fried now are the onion rings.:thumbsup:
