Ooh forget then we have all the windows and doors to replace, then we need to do the living room. Remove false wall hiding the chimney breast, install new fireplace, new skirting and door, build shelves, plaster and paint.......and breath.

No quite right mate. Been here a year in a couple of weeks and we said about 18 months to get it done. I reckon it'll be that again yet.

It's been 6 months since any real work was done so decided it's time to get the kitchen diner sorted. "This will be done for Christmas dear I promise! " :facepalm:
Had an old pal in yesterday to remove the load bearing wall and pop the lintel in. With that opened up and the old bathroom knocked into the kitchen it really is going to make a lovely space. :)

Plasterer is popping round tomo to have a look so hopefully that'll be done in the next week or two.

Your required very soon mate. You can pop and price up as soon you want, just need to make good around where we've removed the wall and your in mate.
