Hello @Oompedoomp yes you are more than welcome. I have arranged space for up to 24 cars. Please can you send me your insurance, photo or pdf so I can pass this on to H4H.

@Merlot as my good friend @Mac Romans has mentioned above. Need a copy of your insurance cover note to keep the MOD happy. Please send via a PM, private message. That way it’s just that. Private.

Any more .. need a few on the original list still to confirm.

Hi Paul,

I (and a +1) still would like to bring Max the Kobra if that's ok. My insurance expires 4 days before the event so if it is OK i will send new cover-note via PM as soon as I have it (probably 21-22nd July). The MOD eagle-eyed person will notice if I send an invalid one.

I have to get all the paperwork in by the 20th. I will have to do a separate submission for you.. lol.. Not an issue.

Ok Folks.

The day draws ever so near. Here is a map showing the location of the Help for Heros Recovery Centre at Tedworth House. If we can all please park to the side in The Avenue. I can then call you down as we get parked. This is to keep the road into the Tidworth Polo Club clear.

Post Code for the Centre - Tedworth House, Tidworth, SP9 7AJ

I have posted the routes up on My Route app. If you wish to gain access please PM me your email address that you signed up to my route with and I can add you.

Please arrive at 11am or there about's, and I should be there ready to get you parked.

I can not thank you all enough for giving your time and petrol for this event. It does mean a lot to me. Thank You.

The BBQ tickets will be available from myself for a donation. We have been given these by H4H, but as we are giving something back I feel it is only fair that we give a donation for each BBQ ticket. I hope that is agreeable with you all. After all the money is going to a very worthy cause.

Spot on mate and thanks. Do I need to wear a bag on my head as my Zed maybe a tad dusty and bug splattered on arrival unless I bump into a jet wash nearby :D

Any dress code mate?
 
@Andy McDonnell No need to worry. Its all about enjoying the day and making these guys and their families smile. Caroline from H4H told me last week that they have over 150 people coming along. Should be a good bit of fun. I am sure a few of the ex services guys will know what these people have been through. Having spoken to a few its amazes me how they just get on with life with he help from H4H and the other services charities. I hope that we might do a few like this over the coming years with some of the other services charities if this goes well. Would not hurt to help a few.

Nope, just laughing at you two charging across the country.. Almost as bad as myself. Liverpool done.. off to Cornwall tomorrow.. lol.

I'll be setting off from Woodbridge, Suffolk. A12, M25 :arghh: M3, A303 then on to the end point. About 3:45 with a stop. Just shout if the planet's align with your route.

I'm working Sat then meeting up with Neil and staying at his place in Westbury them heading over on Sun.
