I'll try that, funny enough I use tights to buff my shoes after polishing, an old soldier gave me that bit of wisdom years ago, works too.
Works a treat mate, the Mrs is always complaining when a pair of hers go missing and end up in my car washing kit.

Well all the cleaning was a total waste of time as I have done over 100 miles in the last couple of days so I am going to be busty tomorrow, not only that but the interior is filthy after todays episode

just come down from the garage, spent some time buffing my front lights looking a whole load better now, also done the front aluminium bit just behind the bumper all polished up, radiator top given a wire brushing, and front slam panel polished under bonnet, polishing the bonnet to do the best i can to get rid of tiny scratches but the bad stone chipping is taking over... needs a bonnet respray seriously....rear parcel shelf carpet has been out this week for a thorough wash and jet washing, getting a good wash tomorrow and another polishing with autoglym, and tyres to be dressed tyre pressures to be checked. car is never going to be a show winner but hey i enjoy it..... pack up my stuff and ready to go sunday morning.... see you all there really looking forward to my first Z3 / Z4 meet.... and i think Mrs Handsomejackuk is looking forward too... hope theres a few ladies there for her to chat too.....or she have her head in her danielle steel book....!!!!!

tis true, ladies are from a bygone time, they didnt work, just like gentlemen, its a long gone social system. when i was about 5 years old i remember seeing a female lorry driver and turning to my mother i said hey look a ladie driver, my mothers response was thats no lady.
