Been a while since I last posted been really busy and had a few hospital appointments. Some of you know I've had Prostate cancer ,1 in 8 men get it so I can't be the only one on here with it.I had no symptoms and diagnosed at 50 and I'd probably been walking around with it for a few years. Its so easy to get sorted if you catch it early.Mine was a little further along and takes a little more work.It doesn't stop me doing much but I need a little op before long nothing serious.Theres an ad campaign going around at the moment and it's a good time to give you guys a gentle nudge to go for a test.Meanwnile they had the annual hardline downhill bike run last weekend it's crazy,I thought I might have a go but found I don't bounce as well as I used to and cracked a couple of ribs riding around the garden, that was the day a developed a nasty cough! Double ouchy lol,I honestly don't know how Jason Statham does it.

Good to have you back  hope you are feeling better. Great pics.

Glad you are on the road to recovery Hugh. I had mine checked last October and was given the all clear. Not nice having things stuck up ya bottom when you are not that way inclined

Great reminder Hugh, been there and got the t-shirt and am now on pills;). Shame about your ribs with a cough, don't laugh too much either. Get better soon:thumbsup:

I'm always a glass half full type of person, and in some ways it's been harder on my family than me,yes I've had the operations and treatments but I'll do what it takes to get better and from the day I was diagnosed that was day 1 of my recovery.but the people around you don't quite see it like that and worry far more.I haven't the time to worry ;)

Glad you are on the sorted now Hugh again I watched my Dad go through it 30 years ago when detection and cure wern't so good.

Good to see you back on here Hugh and that you're back to near full fitness apart from the ribs, hope they heel soon mate .
