My poor Z is at the garage today :(
I've got more problems now .......
The lights are still on the dash so hopefully they can find out what is wrong .......
But also I've got a coolant leak :(
It's been topped up twice this week already and " mayo " under the oil cap :(
Hope it isn't something big that is wrong :(:(

Oh no Shelly :(, Zed in hospital. Hope it is not too expensive time fix.

With all these things going on with my Z it is still running fine :p
Hopefully not too big a problem :)
I've got my fingers crossed =))
But I dread the phone call to say what is wrong :(

Mayo could just be short journeys. Coolant leak could be thermostat housing leaking. Hopefully all minor problems that the garage will fix cheaply.

Oooh fingers crossed it's not the head gasket Shelly. Loss of water and mayo doesn't sound to good. What engine is it?

Hopefully by the end of the day my Z will be as good as new :)

Yes Alan said he hope it isn't the head gasket :(

Hope it's a quick easy and inexpensive fix for you.
Know how you feel just when i thought my Z had a clean bill of health it's developed an intermittent knock clonk very occasionally from the drivers side.
It's really testing my patience problem after problem.
It's had so much work done now it's unbelievable i hope you get yours sorted.;)

It's not good when your Z has got problems :(
This is worse than going to the dentist =))

Hope you find out what is wrong with your Z @Tracy Dee :p
Take care x

Don't talk about dentist Cliff had a wisdom out yesterday sheer agony.

Poor Cliff , hope he gets better soon :p
You will have to give him a straw to drink from ;)

Thanks Shelly I do hope so Lee thinks it might be the bottom outer ball joint but a special tool is needed Stacy said Martin might have the tool fingers crossed.
But could be another trip to the garage unless we can find the tool or a very kind Zedders to help out
Could be illumination of changing parts which is going to be expensive.
Anyway good luck.:)

Think we both need Good Luck :p
Hopefully the garage will phone me and it won't be too big a problem :)
Fingers crossed ;)

you can rent the puller from tool hire companies

Oh dear.

Head gasket should be last resort rather than first choice. Make sure they look at the other possible causes first.
Is there steam coming from the exhaust when the engine is properly hot? Sadly, that is likely to indicate the head gasket.

The seal in the oil cooler is a common problem. Much simpler and cheaper to fix.

Short journeys are a common cause too. The oil never gets hot enough to drive off any water that condenses out of the air. The fact that water is dropping quickly indicates a leak somewhere though :(

Hope the problem turns out to be a simple one.

Thank-you @Redline :p
Yes I only do short journeys :):(
10 mins to work and just potter round town .......
I can't wait until this afternoon when I know what is happening :)
