Well chopped in the very underrated Kia Cee'd Sportwagon yesterday. To my surprise, I really enjoyed driving the Kia. After selling my BMW 325 I thought that although I would appreciate the practicality of this medium estate, I would greatly miss the performance of the BM, but the Kia really pulled well where it mattered, 20 - 40, 30 - 50, 40 - 60, in 2nd,3rd, 4th and then cruising on the motorway in 6th was just 2000 revs at 80 mph,or so I'm told!
Unfortunately the Kia seems to produce a lot of road noise or wind noise or both (maybe it's just the estate roof rails) so you can only here the radio properly if you have it really loud. The GT line spec gives all the stuff and I will certainly miss the reversing camera. Never had one before, but it makes reversing into narrow spaces an absolute doddle.
Anyway, having had BM s and Audi s for a long time, the Kia didn't really do it for me so it's a new daily driver.
