I totally understand where you are coming from, and I probably should have split Ireland down in to two entities in that comment.Except Ireland isn't part of the UK only Northern Ireland is so as an analogy it would be more like grouping the US and Canada

Sorry @Shelly but that's not quite right. The country this thread refers to is the banner which for you and me says "British Zeds".
If you set your profile to show the flag it is picked up automatically from where the internet sees you. That's why yours changed to a the Greek flag when you were on holiday and mine shows as Netherlands when I am at work.

@DutchScorpion You need to go to the Privacy area of your profile settings to set the rules for showing the flag or not.
