You must live in a nice area, you have lights outside on the street.
Serious now, we live in the country side, no police, 1 bin collection ever 2 weeks, no street lights and they sent us our bill this year with a break down including all the above. Our house is a good size detached house in a large plot but it wasn’t when we bought the house we have paid to extend the house and done a tot of work. But they still have the cheek to send us a bill for £2k+ for a bin emptying every 2 weeks. Joke.
