Central locking problems

This is a good one , 1999 year 2.0 , the fob flashes a bit and it locks , but it wont unlock ?

If the lock/unlock works manually (key or pulling on inside door release) check the alarm module behind the glovebox for proper lock & unlock trigger to the vehicle's relays.
