Event Cancelled TFN. The Lakes Tour 2020.

Avoid confined spaces so top down all the way
 
Called at asda on way home from work earlier today (needed wash powder and wash up liquid) Only 1 size of each available and no loo roll (we have plenty anyway)
So it looks as though most folk have shat themselves to high heavens put there hands through the toilet roll and then picked up loads of pots before washing their hands 20 times.
Mind the gormless morons are starving as they forgot to get the food in as they had no room for it because of all the cleaning stuff
 
One person sneezes and 100 s*** themselves; hence the increase in demand for toilet paper.:)

As discussed on PM pal, I am hanging fire to see if we get locked down, if we dont, I will pay on the 8th, just a point, If we get locked down are the hotel obliged to refund
 
We need something not to be cancelled, I will be there. As I am over 70, I might have to dodge the Gestapo to get there. :thumbsup:

We've spoken to them mate and they said 'they'll review each case on merit'. Just my view but I'd suggest that they'd likely pay up.

Agreed Mike, that's why I'm keen to go ahead if we can. That aside, we'll put a 3m no go zone round you :D
 
I'm still in. No worries with me chasing refunds if it goes pear shaped as it's not fair on yourself Andy. You can keep my payment if it goes bad - unless the hotel wants to cough up of course! :rally:

It's not a fortune Andy so from my point of view I won't see you out of pocket if it goes bad. You've put yourself out for everyone with all the effort you've put in.
