all done !!! ( I do have standards to maintain =)) =))=))=)))

sorry gone !!!

I have to drain the engine and gearbox of all fluids and remove them from the car in order to have the shell removed … Annoying, but only way to get rid of it. Trying to work out how to drop it down on to the floor with out having to hire an engine hoist . Fluids all drained now and most bits have been disconnected ready …once I decide on a cunning plan which doesn’t include dropping it on me =))=)) I will get it done.

which means there will be a slam plate and the main support beam available in due course.

Also…..If anyone wants any M43 engine parts then let me know … the only cost will the price of the postage .

no sorry sold

Mazza,

Do you still have the slip spring sometimes referred to as a clock spring, part number would be 229488. Has to be fully functional, unfortunately mine has failed.

Many thanks

The part on my breaker has a different part number 32306759882

Mazza, thanks for looking.

Looking online it seems the slip ring you have has more plugs than mine albeit the same number of wires (hope that makes sense)?

So I will have to keep on looking. Again many thanks - Ken
