We need to be there for about 8.30 no later don't know were the group stand will be till we know the numbers going and book that's why we need to get it booked no later than 24/8/13 to give them chance to get every thing organised .

That makes sense so breakfast will be about 6:30 to 7:45 unless we are meeting people at the Tesco like last year.

When we are sure I will arrange it with the hotel, they will be cool with that
