Just to update the phone no for the holiday inn is 01604432800 there is 10 rooms provisionally booked but can extend if needed cheers tony.
Guys thanks for theQuick response to start booking and sorry the hotel have not been as quick as us. I have a response today which I copy below. I hope therefore that we can all get our bookings sorted please do remember to say that our arrival is the 14th not the 15th which is when we check out. 
Regarding the “Zroadster” bookings for September I can assure you that the code is in place and I have sent a memo to all our staff today to ensure that they are aware of this booking. Please could you ask guests who call to include the check in date when enquiring which will help reception find the booking.

Yes we usually stay at the premier inn at wellingbourgh on the sat go out have a few beers and a meal then meet all the others at tesco car just across the road on Sunday morn and travel together to the show.Duncan as got us a good deal at the Holliday inn Northampton £49.99 including breakfast.

Just to let people know I just phoned and said I understand we have a preferential rate for 14th September and I need to say I am from Zroadster and the booking went without a hitch. I have my confirmation number which she gave me on the phone (bet I lose it)

this thread has gone quiet all of a sudden! I have a feeling that BMW Park lane may be joining us at this event with their promoter unit. It is not certain yet but Lee from there is talking about it. that would mean tea's and coffee available I think. As I say not certain yet!
