How about making parents responsible for what their offspring get up to ?

Good parents are, that's why their offspring don't get into trouble.

The parents of these scrotes, are the same type of scrotes.
they were in the same trouble when they were kids, and probably even more so now.
Problem with this sort is they are the ones that baby farm for family allowances and benefits, so their numbers are now overtaking the numbers of decent parents with decent kids who usually stick to 1 or 2 kids.
Get rid of family allowance and extra benefits for more than two kids, after that you are on your own.

The first thing they teach their kids is that they are too young to get in trouble with the cops, and these kids wear it like a badge.

If I was in danger of getting a slap off a stranger for being a little s***, I knew I would get a second bigger one off my dad, I never thought about it twice.
not all discipline is abuse, it makes you what you are.

Too many bloody do-gooders have ruined this country.
