Be Careful with Car Air Freshener

I got a email today from the emoji air freshener company :p
Saying....... :)
Before we can consider your claim we need more photos of the damage caused :)
So I've just sent more photos :)
Fingers crossed ;)
 
Tesco also emailed them for me saying they wish to hear from them as soon as possible :p
Saying that I've already waited over a month :)
 
Still no response yet :p
I'll email them tomorrow again :)

I emailed the air freshener company yesterday and also Tesco :p
I got a reply back within 5 mins from Tesco saying they have emailed the company for me again :)
Hopefully I'll get a answer soon ;)

I've just had a email back from the company :)
Saying that they have no photos yet ;)
But I did sent some and so did Tesco :)
So I've just taken some more and sent them on to them ;)
 
Delaying tactics in the hope you will get bored and go away bombard them with regular emails reminding them maybe go to trading standards.

tell them you have contacted Tesco who have apologized
on there behalf for the delay & will be Emailing them about the delay
a little white lie never hurts

Perhaps I should sent a email to them everyday :p

:popcorn: The wife has stuck a small Yankee candle in a glass on the small storage shelf behind the two seats. Anybody volunteer to tell her to take it out........... and can I watch when you do?

Didn't know they made a diesel Zed? Are you sure its not just running badly?
 
I've just had a email from Retroscents saying they have lots all my original email and can I send them again :(
So I've just send them ;)
It's a bit poor isn't it :(
Think they are pulling a fast one ;)
