No not yet :p
I'm waiting on Retro air freshener to email me back :)
I got a email from them today to say they have got my email and I'm in a queue waiting for it to be read ;)
I'll give them a few days and if I haven't got a reply back I'll email them again :)

I think Tesco will say to email Retro so I didn't ask them about it :)
 
I think you will find your contract lies with Tesco not the manufacturer Shelly, bit of a bu$$er though :(

Just been to Tesco :p
They have sent a email to head office for me ;)
I did speak to the manager about it ;)
It might take up to 28 days for a reply :)
I'll let you know what happens ;)

Have a word with spurs fan, he was dumping some tan trim that might help you
 
I had a letter from Tesco's today :p
They wanted a photo of the damage the freshener has done to my car :)
They said they are sending the company of the freshener the photo and a letter of complaint :)
So I've just sent Tesco the email with the photo :)
Hopefully I'll hear from them soon ;)
 
Ive got one of these emoji air freshneners my ex got me for valentines day in the draw

It defo states 'hang freely' on the packaging

You ever know though. Tesco good will n all that

When I emailed Tesco about this they said if I haven't heard from the people who made the air freshener within a month to email Tesco and they will email them again :p
So this morning I emailed Tesco and said I still haven't heard anything........ :)
so I'm still waiting on emails from both places now ;)
Hopefully I'll hear something very soon ;)
