    "What a race. It was a rollercoaster of emotions for us all. Daniel Ricciardo pulled it out when he needed to. He produced the overtaking manoeuvres when he needed to. Changing to slick tyres at the first safety car gave him the platform to take this victory. The podium as a whole will be ecstatic with their race results. But I would like to be a fly on the wall in the Mercedes debrief room after the Rosberg-Hamilton episode."

      Nick: How on earth did @alo_oficial drag that car onto the podium? He's got to be my driver of the day.

      Noodles: Gutted for #Button, who knows what would have happened from being 1st if he was on the right tyre. Excellent race though.

      Rich Carey: Fair play that was incredible. So close for Fernando. Ricciardo is different class, done Lewis on the outside. Proper racing.

      By finishing third, Lewis Hamilton matches Sebastian Vettel's performance in the 2012 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as the last man to finish on the podium having started from the pit lane.

What a cracking race, I enjoyed that very much.
Hamilton did an amazing job again (ignoring team orders that Mercedes say they do not have !!!) to get 3rd spot.
I was going to say @GazHyde, do not read any of this before you have watched the race but it looks like you have seen it live.

It is the first time that Kimi Raikkonen has failed to finish on the podium in Hungary since 2006, but it was still his best performance - and result - of the season. The Finn ended up sixth, after a brilliant fight through the field from 16th. He also had a great wheel-to-wheel battle with Sebastian Vettel, coming out on top.
Nico Rosberg spent eight laps behind Lewis Hamilton and will have lost a bunch of time. Had he got past Hamilton, he may well have won the race, having finished just six seconds behind winner Daniel Ricciardo.
However, there is the argument that if he couldn't overtake Hamilton himself, he didn't deserve to win the race. This is racing after all.

Ashley Wilkinson: It's all well & good Rosberg moaning, but he struggled past Vergne, Lewis didn't. He couldn't pass Lewis on faster tyres, twice.

I went over a mates house and watched it on Sky. If it isn't live on the beeb then I don't open certain threads on here, or go on Facebook. No spoilers for me ;)

Liked the post race interviews with Hamilton and Tito Wolff on the request for him to let Rosberg past. Hamilton was firm on the fact that he was racing for himself and that he didn't want to let him past as it would cost him points.

I am going backwards faster than Rosberg was today and NeRo has been knocked off pole postion and Aceman forgot all about it as he was looking at Zeds all weekend.

How exactly do you decide between two extremely talented drivers, both of which could easily win the championship as they have the best car. I hope they stand down and let them race on the track as equal status. They have the constructors championship almost sewn up already. Guess it will most likely come down to who the want to be racing for them next year...
