It was in Bahrain and it was a 1926 Austin 7. It belonged to a pilot on the squadron I was on but he couldn't get it going so I used it with a couple of friends. The place where the photo was taken is now the site of the GP circuit.
One of their early 80's colours was something called Henna Red, and the interior was very similar, but chequered.Well i suppose at least it wasn't terracotta

My dad had two Vivas. We had a green one which we almost died in in a head on collision in France in 1976 and then that was replaced with another in red.
