Meals can be purchased on the day.
Or you can get a meal deal to add to booking on website.
We have a meal deal on ours but that's mainly because we moved our booking from the original recce date in April ( due to covid) and we had meal deal added in April.

Hi Steve have we missed a link to the route please! We are thinking of coming up a couple of days earlier as we are in holiday that week and don't want to do bits of the route if we can avoid that. Thanks

Falling off a mountain in a z3 got to say Gary sounds like a less than desirable pastime =))

UPDATE 25TH JULY 2022.

Hi everyone not long to go so I thought oops I had better get cracked on with this .
So I will be updating the first post with the route information ( both days overview currently available)
And I will add other info here.

So for the guys who are going to be eating at the prem Inn hotel ( those who are not welcome to join if they wish )
I will put together final numbers for this on a pm in a few weeks so I can reserve the appropriate amount of seats as a group over several tables in the conservatory area I hope.

As for times looking at 7.30 Fri Sat and 7pm Sunday ( or 7.30 if want to keep same ) as should be back slightly earlier. Again check if all happy on pm thread to ascertain numbers.

Again for those at the Premier Inn local fuel station are ( without travelling) if you turn left out the hotel there is a roundabout a few hundred yards away on the other side of that there is a tesco extra with fuel station and if you turn right at the roundabout there is a Shell station about half mile down the road.

Pretty much most of you guys have been on one or more of my runs before so it will be the usual format start in morning a drive stop for a coffee break away again then stop for lunch after lunch again route back split by a coffee break.
Usually I would keep the drive section to about an hour but due to where we are going a few of the stops run 1 hr 20 mins or so mainly because there is nothing in between suitable.
On the Saturday especially we will probably need to run as 2 groups as a few miles of the day are on single track roads.
On the Saturday we will also be going over the Bealach na Ba will probably split us again for this part as it can be a tricky part of the route to negotiate depending on what you meet and where you meet it .

Stephen.

How are the routes or distances for Super unleaded - when we did DTEC a few years ago we left Inverness and over to ullapool and then round over the top - Ullapool was the only place outside of Inverness with super unleaded and the distance would have put us beyond the distance of the fuel tank.

Also take some octane booster. We needed a jerry can because there was NO fuel other than Durness. If they were closed, we were stranded.
It is a good call Gary - I have Octane booster in all mine now. I remember using it once on that trip but the worst was when I took a long trip to Italy - the home of the supercar and all fuel over the border is 95 octane
