Wednesday, cracked windscreen on the zed so I phone my insurance. They take the details and transfer me to Autowindscreens. Ok, they can fix this at the Derby branch on Saturday, but they will text me to say what time.Thursday I receive a text which tells me to go to a 'link' for information about my appointment.The link doesn't work.No local branch telephone number available just a national automated number.Eventually I get a text late Friday afternoon saying my appointment is 8.30 am Saturday. At 8.30 the place is deserted, but a chap arrives at 8.40. Tells me the 'technician' isn't there yet. 9.05 am nothing happening and he says he can't contact said technician. I ask if the appointment can be re booked so he calls the office. They say someone will call me asap to sort it out. 11.30 am no call received. Excellent service ! I eventually managed to get someone on 'Live chat' and got an appointment on Wednesday. What time? Somebody will text you. We'll see !
