White over here, settled on the road and very windy. When I drove up the road this morning there were blizzard conditions, - 1 deg on the car information panel plus with the wind it felt much colder and guess what ? There was a chap walking along wearing a Tee shirt. T..t ! They say, 'Where there's no sense there's no feeling'.
