Absolutely right Andy. Our house flooded about 6 years ago through a burst pipe whilst we were out. Wrecked up and downstairs. Yes it was a complete mare but it was all sorted by the insurance company. The main thing is yourselves. The rest can be sorted.Good to hear, chin up mate.
