Hi @Stevo7682 just wondered if you're going to be running smaller groups ? Or one long train.
Really looking forward to this,not long now :).

Bit of both Steve as some sections single track can't really run a dozen long but the route i have planned roads pretty deserted.
I done a final run of both routes over the last couple of weekends on the right day at right time roads pretty empty and worst bits of tarmac on both days all fixed ( bonus :thumbsup: )
I had spoke to Dave @Redsheep a few weeks ago about him leading 2nd group sent him a pm but he's been on holiday so waiting for him to get back to me but he had initially agreed .
Yeah Steve cant wait.
Been waiting all year for this month my zed month for this year
Lakes then zedfest then Scottish run all back to back weekends .:):)

Crikey you'll need a holiday at the start of September to recuperate.

Yeah that day was quite changeable but its the weekend after the schools go back up here so its bound to be nice :whistle::whistle:

I'll PM you, but as previously agreed I can take the sedate group as Mrs R has a built in speedo.

Unless of course there's a wine stop at lunch.

I am totally gutted - but have to pull out - due to family commitments.

I have cancelled my room - so another room is available.

Looking forward to this one, plus I'm stopping up until Thursday so plenty of good driving ........ please God let the sun shine ..... I'll be good ..... promise :rolleyes:

After having to pull out earlier, and now ive got another Zed, if i can get her mot'd before next weekend, ill try join you all for a day :)

I would say to you the weather not looking too bad for next weekend but you live in Scotland so you know I've got a better chance of predicting the xmas number 1 than telling you the weather a week away =))=))
 
Hi all...
I'll keep an eye on this site up until Friday.
I'm hoping to catch up with some of you either Friday evening or Saturday around seven.
I'll be in Glasgow until five on both days and working at two on the Sunday so hope to squeeze a drive and a coffee out of it!

I just saw this run now. Having just returned from 2543 miles of Northern European driving, mostly on pristine traffic free eye watering fast Swedish roads, I will give it a miss. I should have planned my whole year better, as this run looks to be similarly great fun. Its probably a similarly great way to find out what our proud steeds are capable of without paying for track fees.
