Completely forgot, however, just spoke to Paul and got booked in for the Friday night and Saturday night :)

I'm going up Friday as its a 7hr run for me dont fancy that on Sat morning

I would second that otherwise you'll need to be leaving about 2.30 - 3.00 am just to make the start time :eek: then a days run reckon you'd be needing a red bull blood transfusion for that :whistle:

That's a shame you missing the Lakes but I guess it wasn't meant to be
 
Due to unforeseen issues, unfortunately i wont be able to go to this event, completely gutted :( and the Zed has got to go as well..............

going to have to call paul at the Abbotsford tomorrow and cancel my booking for the friday and saturday,

really really sorry guys, but my hands are tied :(

My zed is a 1.9 m43 with whatever is left of its 118 bhp at 96k so even the Iron Maiden bits is more like Bon Jovi.:whistle:
But at the same time need to keep a steady pace at some bits ( not foot to the floor stuff) but also not sunday drive to the garden centre. This will allow more time at the most scenic parts of the routes.
Going to do a final reccy of the Sat run this Saturday and a final on the Sun run next Sunday just so keep me happy that everything is the way i want it :):)
 
That's what we have done Steve, do the recce at the time of day you'll actually be doing the main event. Only way to have a good idea what the traffic will be like.
