Everyone can vote once a day...though it may be once per 24 hours, depending on how they have it set up. I think the 2013 GTI may be cheating, he has gotten nearly 30,000 hits in the last 24 hours. The first 3 days he had less than 1000 total

And if you try from a mobile phone, it uses a different IP address, so lets you vote again, even if you did from a pc on the same network.
