Hello, just purchased a silver 1999 BMW Z3 M Roadster with black/Estoril blue interior. 51000ish miles. Seems to be in stellar condition considering its age. I’m just out on the post looking for tips and tricks for repairs and upkeep. The sound system is trashed unfortunately.

Welcome aboard... In what way is the sound system trashed ?
Sub sounds like wet paper flapping, I’m sure the speakers are blown out. I’m sort of an audiophile. I’m a Klipsch at home guy, and I love Rockford Fosgate car audio. Eventually want to do something to remedy the situation, but not sure what works with so little space. Music sound is so bad, I’d rather listen to the wind and exhaust note.
