Hi DJ.
The arm rest is GBP 120 Plus GBP 35 postage.
You will need an OEM E30 Center console cup holder. They are fairly common on eBay.
The adapter z4 / z3 is all that's needed other than a Z4 steering wheel from an e85 series.
The steering wheel requires some CNC machining to the back center post with the hole in the middle.
I do provide a detailed instruction to complete the conversion. The adapter is GBP 32 plus GBP 12 Postage.
