Started to strip down to replace the gasket but found housing cracked around top left bolt on a M44 today so job stopped to find a replacement, hopefully spurs fan will have one. Shame we didn't spot it before but with the air box in you can't see much. Job on hold now but did replace the intake boot that had a crack in it so at least something fixed.
