Is this black & red Z3 anyone's on here?

Cracking effort with the ad, showing the car roof up then roof down from the same angle.

Something a bit fishy with the seller IMO.
The price of the Z3 is very good if it's genuine, but he is selling two other cars (one a CAT and the other a fresh Jap import) yet says he needs the space.

Most items sold recently are either cars, or car parts, or mobile phones.

I would suspect a 'dodgy' car dealer in the making, or a car breaker, or both.

His eBay feedback wouldn’t suggest anything dodgy. Despite my joke that anything from Birmingham is a cut and shut, this looks good value.

I am very wary of car sellers these days (especially on eBay). So if I was looking for a Z3 I wouldn't consider this one just because of the seller's recent history TBH.

I will bet a pound there is something not quite right with this car. Without a current reg number it's impossible to know from here.

Too many people in the UK are either dishonest, or trying to make a quick buck, or generally both. I don't know where it all went wrong, but wrong it definitely has gone.

C11 JNA on it currently.

Never seen a minus on an MOT ? Front end suspension 'damage '..

Steer clear IMO, there's a hidden history.

That's from 2018. The reg is not on it now as it doesn't come up on MOT history with DVLA.
I am wondering whether it is an import and has had the clocks changed to MPH ones? Would potentially explain the mileage discrepancy.

Could be a CAT car, as you don't need to disclose this as a private seller. You do as a trader.

As I said, I will bet money there is something not 100% kosher.

I think with all cars, especially old ones on eBay, you need to inspect them in person before purchase… oh wait …https://zroadster.org/threads/i-broke-all-my-own-rules.45921/
