Hi all,

I am trying to replace the flexible rubber brake lines that go between the body and the rear subframe on my Z3. The fittings on either end of the hard line are very corroded and I worry that they will break. If the fittings do break then the hardlines will need to be replaced.

Does the rear subframe need to be dropped to replace either of the hardlines? (front to rear & subframe)

Stevo has very helpfully replied to a different post saying that: "All the rear metal brakes pipes and flexi hoses can all be replaced with the rear suspension in place i have done this work on 3 different zeds now without removing any suspension components"

So I will not be dropping the rear sub this time around. Thank you
