I have now made the Jump to top/bottom arrows display all the time.

Can you retry again please, making sure that any browser tabs you were running the site in were closed and reopened (Ctrl + F5 for Windows users).

Small tweak this morning to assist those with fat fingers on small devices... I've increased the padding between the post rating icons a smidgen (6 pixels). Should make life a little easier
