If I had any idea what this is all about I'd have a go.

You pick drivers and cars within a budget which you can change 6 times a season. Prior to each qualifying you pick;

Pole
1, 2 & 3 on the Podium
Fastest Lap
Answer the random question.

Combined these give you points, even if you forget to do your predictions you can still get points for the drivers and cars you've pre selected.
