racing incident, but no, they need to impose a 5 sec penalty. I don't think it'll make much difference!
 
I suspect that Christian Horner has a face like a Bulldog licking pi** off a stinging nettle right now. Oooh, controversial :arghh:
 
He's not the only one, I had a podium cleansweep until Max got bumped! :rage:
 
It is daft, all through the race you see cars with all four wheels off the track, but only Max gets penalised.

If I was Red Bull I'd go through the entire VT and look for Kimi going 4 wheels off and then protest for a 5 second penalty to be applied.

Oh, wasn't the drivers steward a Finn?
 
I applaud Max, for handling it in the pre room. Very mature. Can't believe it.:(

But I must admit, it was a good race. Good mid field battle and good top teams battle, all bar "MaxGate".

Not sure I likes the "over American" driver intro performance at the start, a bit OTT if you ask me, but that's American Media for you.

Max will get his day.
 
He definitely avoided contact with Kimi, no doubt. What was he supposed to do?

Max is great but I think Lewis would pip him over the course of a season in the same car. Max will have his day for sure.
 
Also I noted Ricciardo saying he would like to be Hamiltons's team mate while he's still on top of his from. Looks like a "come and get me" to me.

Great thing about Max is, he is a young man with an old racing drivers head on his shoulders and a racer.
He does not care about being 'Driver #1 or #2', just wants to go out there and race.
He does not care about 'bling' and private jets and how his hair looks on the podium.

Just to be clear, Verstappen did not get his penalty for running wide at Turn 19, he got it for cutting the inside at Turn 17.

Like I said, he did that to avoid a collision. Kimi made a sharp turn to the right immediately followed by a sharp left one to intimidate Max.
