Ricciardo, Hartley to join Mexico penalty list.
Daniel Ricciardo is set to drop to 16th place on the grid after Red Bull elected to fit new power unit components to his RB13 ahead of the Mexican Grand Prix.
Ricciardo put in a subdued display during qualifying at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, setting only the seventh-best time, and Red Bull has duly installed fresh elements.
Ricciardo has taken on a seventh MGU-H, sixth Internal Combustion Engine and sixth Turbocharger, meaning he will be handed a 20-place penalty.

We are going to see some frantic driving from Sebastian Vettel and he has just gone up to 15th, going past Felipe Massa.
However, Vettel is not happy as he says he is pushed off the track before he can complete the overtake of Massa.
"Seriously is it fun to push the other guy off the track. I had my nose in front," Vettel moans.
His team say: "Stay focused."
