Just to keep my hand in and no Z work I've been doing this for my mate Graham. The Rocker Cover gasket was weeping at the front on his 02 plate Jimny.

It had started to get onto the power steering belt so we fitted a pair of new belts. The P/S belt was cracking but the Alt. belt had been changed, now you have to remove the P/S belt to change the Alt. belt so wouldn't you fit 2 new ones?

Had to move the ramps inward to accommodate the narrow track of the Suzuki.

Parts ordered from Allwoods at Lincoln, but they ended up at Newark so hopefully finish it tomorrow.

Hi Tony,

I know it’s not z related but what’s your vehicle electric knowledge like ? I have a Bmw 1 series 2008 that the rear windscreen wiper doesn’t work on it. Have tried replacing fuse and swapped relay over but still no joy. Am guessing either no power getting to motor or motor needs replacing.

Ha ha ha, it don’t show the dirt like the coupe Toby, anyway I was dirtier than both the Zs put together, Tony was as clean as a whistle . ( I’m the one on the right he calls me his apprentice )
