As I saw @Lee mention the other day it's coming round to the time of year when we generally have more time for fettling our cars, and as I had "aquired" a couple of new(er) strip lights a while ago I finally got them put up this afternoon.

Two units where there used to be only one so much brighter.
On another note, soon, I will be bringing home my tools from work and with that in mind I won't be needing the set that I've built up over the last 16 years or so. It is a fairly comprehensive set of tools which I'm happy to sell for a sensible price, so if you're at all interested please PM me. I don't want to discuss price on open forum. Set includes 1/2, 3/8, and 1/4 drive sockets, many screwdrivers, set of pliers + vice grips, 3/8 impact sockets and air ratchet, 1/2 twin hammer air wrench, various files, 24" cracking bar, 24"pry bar, Impact Driver(1/2" + bits), brake hose clamps, 18" water pump pliers (great for pushing callipers piston back) etc.etc.

Ideal for a budding mechanic or someone starting up on their own.

I did have a good clear up after the 2nd. Mike, taking apart the signs etc. and storing them away till next time. But we went over to Yarmouth last Wednesday till this Sunday and spent the previous weekend in the garden. I usually blitz the garage around now including clearing all the cobwebs with my workshop hoover.

Tell you what Mike, when I'd climbed to the top of the tower at Caistor Castle, I seriously did wonder if I would get down again. I was totally f****d.=))

Tony I've still got the springs so I think it's worth fitting them when you have some time please mate.
I'll buy the butties :hungry:.
