Well , what a cracking day we've had.
11 Zeds here at one point.
Oil and filter on Phil's Z3 plus new rear callipers and fluid change.
New viscous fan drive on Adrian's lovely Z3.
Roy and Bill sorted Bill's handbrake on the Z4.
Al fitted his Z3 with "new" front, big brakes kit and S/S hoses (rear hoses on to do list for next time) ably assisted by his little brother Juan. Oh!! and he has a new knob.
Dawn's Z3 was next with bonnet unable to be opened. After deducing that there was too much free movement at the release lever we managed to open the bonnet aided by a quickly fashioned hook to pull the cross cable. After getting it open we hear that the AA man screwed the bump stops out to make it easier (to55er) only to apply more pressure on the catches and make things worse. Anyway after removing the O/S headlight we refitted the cables into their correct positions and now the bonnet opens as it should.
A quick polish of the headlights completed today's jobs, just leaving a small tidy up for me tomorrow.
Many thanks to all for coming and helping each other with our pride and joys.

Dawn and Juan went to fetch the butties (must remember to order them sooner - we almost missed the boat.)
Must call in this week and thank the ladies at the cafe.

Great to attend my first zedshed (midlands) with no more cooling fan roar when going through the gears thanks to the new viscous coupling :)

What a wonderful, wonderful day! Engine oil change completed, rear brake callipers replaced, and brake fluid change as well. Such a great bunch of like minded people who are only happy when helping others. Hope everyone enjoyed the day as much as I did. Next job, gearbox and Diff oil and then thats the job list completed....he says!:whistle:
As always, a big thank you to T-tony for letting us use his place and his hospitality.
Hopefully we'll get together before Christmas.

Ditto Mike @mwpe - very much relieved.
