Write Up ZEDFEST

Looks like you all had a good day, even though the weather was not as good as it might have been. Sadly we missed this one, perhaps we will make again next year

Mike and Sandy

We would just like to echo what others have said. It was nice to put some faces to names. Great cars, lovely location, shame about the weather after the summer we've had but it didn't ruin the day.

Looking forward to the next one! :)

It dried up nicely and got pleasantly warm by lunchtime. Neill worked hard to put on another great venue, if you took the time to look around the watermill and grounds it wasn't all about cars! A really professional band entertained us splendidly too, well sorted Neill - can we have them again next year? Have a video of them but don't know how to upload.

Adrian, you have to upload it to YouTube then add the link to your post mate. They did sound pretty good.

Tony.

Got no chance Tony, I couldn't even suss booking a ticket on line so popped down Fri eve and Neill said just pay on the day.

Just for you @Grumps his name is Bertie so he could have been named after you 'young Albert'. You may meet him on 2nd Sept. @t-tony will be getting the vets bill re the burger.
Anyway he was a good boy 354 miles in the footwell of a Z 3 is enough for any dog! Slept most of the journey.
Great time weather was not a problem.

I've seen a few Z4s around while I've been going around the area, but not many Z3s.

A red Z4 going through Sawley towards Long Eaton at around 1900, but that would have been far too late for you guys, and a black Z4 with no front plate followed me up the A610 from M1 Jct 26 at around 1300 near Eastwood. It may have been the one in post#14, but I don't think so.

Oh bless him lol. Best dogs ever, they never disappoint.

My first Zedfest - great day and the chocolate cake was spot on! Shame about the rain but at least it wasn't continuous. Big thanks to everyone involved

Enjoyed the run down with the group too.

Not sure why some photos aren't showing?! Tried 2 different upload sites now....

Had a look and there doesn't seem to be an obvious reason, other than they are hosted off this site. Obviously we don't tend to get this kind of problem when images are upload directly to the site...

Let's try again...

And this guy must have got sick of the stubby / whippy debate and gone his own way!

Cracking afternoon thanks :) Although I did feel very common with a Grey E85! :D

I need to be on the forum more often for upcoming events and meets

Wrighty
What about Bridlington 9th September or Thoresby bank holiday Monday. Also Lotherton cars in the park 23rd September!
