Red is the best colour by a Country mile when at its best on most cars IMHO. Just needs a little more TLC than other colours to prevent it from blooming.

Was another cracking day nice to see everyone again and some new members while cleaning the car when we got there something bit me at the back of my leg just below the knee. Got up Monday morning for work leg like a balloon and very painful, as the day went on it started moving up towards my groin getting a bit worried a phone call to the doctors sees me there 8.10 pm five mins later on my way home a weeks course of antibiotics badly infected leg little buggers no Guinness for a week
There are some nasty things going about. Got bitten a few days before the Zed fest. Bitten through an overall, arm came up like balloon. Was on antibiotics too.
I got bitten just before we went to Florida last September, the day after we got there my arm was blown up and very red and painful. Got some gel from pharmecy took almost a week to go down.

Always carry some lavender oil with you, if you get bitten by a bug, put some on the bite. It will help ease the pain and help the bite to heal. Lavender oil is an natural antiseptic.

Just picked my GoPro up for the first time since last Sunday and realised I'd set it recording shortly after our little group set off from Red Gate near Nuneaton and then forgot about it. I have 2h 40min of video
The first 30 mins is our journey up through Leicestershire, briefly on the A42 and then over to Shedshed (where at one point there was a Z4 Coupe going the other way
- I've no idea if it turned around and headed in the right direction ). There is our arrival just as the gates opened, parking up and lots of other cars streaming in. Quite a few cars being de-bugged and lots of people wandering around and looking.
Its all too huge to upload anywhere anytime soon, but does anyone want lots of interesting video to watch instead of watching Corrie and Easternders?

Probably me going the other way in the Z3 Coupe, I flattened my battery pitching the tent using the headlights! Got started with the very kind loan of some jump leads and an Alpha Romeo (thankyou!), then had to go for a brisk jaunt to charge it up enough to start later on. I made it back eventually!
That's a great relief. We were worried that some poor misguided soul was inadvertently heading in the wrong direction. Hope you enjoyed the rest of the day after getting sorted.
