When I belonged to the street rod club we each had a plexi piece with all the info painted on the backside that we carried in our glove boxes for those that had them. Could also use stick on lettering for consistency!! JIM

Just a suggestion.. why don't we all make up an A4 sheet with the name of the forum(s) we belong to and forum names and the area we're from to display on our dashboards?
If I remember correctly, @Mac27040 did this ...or something similar last year


I have added to first post about the meet, lanyards and spec sheets
 
Have checked all the threads so I'm confident I havent seen the answers to the following:

What time does it start / stop on the Sunday 14th?
People are taking about camping - is this on the Sat night or the Sunday night? And is the camping available on site?

Sunday 11.30am - 4.30pm
camping is on the Saturday night only at the site.

The camping is in our field, my back yard!!! we are not a camp site so facilities are limited. We have a toilet, their are plenty of shops locally as well as food outlets and pubs.

I suspect 10% odd on the day won't show which would still be a good result. If I remember correctly it clipped 100 last year.
